Hull Western Cemetery contains 395 burials from the First World War, and 100 from the Second World War.
Four soldiers who served with the Yorkshire Regiment are buried in this cemetery.
There are also four memorial headstones for members of a family whose sons
were killed fighting with the Yorkshire Regiment.
We are very grateful to Mike Berrell (<mike_berrell@ntlworld.com>) for his photographs of the headstones of the soldiers who were buried in the cemetery.
